No Refunds: If you book a non-refundable rate, your booking is final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, changes to the booking, or early departures.
Full Refund: For bookings made under the free cancellation rate, you are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made before the free cancellation deadline, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
No Refund: If you cancel after the free cancellation deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued, and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
If you choose to pay via credit card, and a refund is to be processed, a credit card fee of 5% will be deducted from the refundable.
Guests who prefer to pay via money transfer are responsible for any associated bank fees or transfer charges. These fees are non-refundable, and the full amount must be received by Hotel Wakim.
While our refund policy is based on the type of rate selected, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases such as force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters or government-mandated travel restrictions), management reserves the right to review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any refund decision in such instances is at the sole discretion of Hotel Wakim.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations or changes to your travel plans.
